Mom Assaulted By Son | Crime

Two Austin men were arrested after one of them allegedly assaulted their mother.

Police were called to a home in northwest Austin on Wednesday on a report of an assault, and the 45 year old victim said her sons were in a bedroom.

Officers went to the bedroom and found the 19 year old son climbing out the window.

The other son ... a 21 year old ... was arrested for "obstruction" when he allegedly interfered with officers who were trying to interview the mother.

The 19 year old son was arrested later on Wednesday when he returned to the home.

The mother said her younger son had struck her in the face, and the teenager could face a felony assault charge, depending on the extent of the injuries.
