Counterfeit Bills Circulating | Crime

A warning from police to carefully check your cash. Counterfeit bills are once again making the rounds.

According to the Austin Chamber of Commerce 4 counterfeit bills have been detected at businesses in the city.

The bills are slightly smaller than a genuine bill, and the texture of the paper is slightly different.

The 4 bills had 1 of 2 serial numbers. They are IA49588024C or IF77643033F.
